The former European champions were able to record their first win of the season at the second time of asking on the back of the 2-0 loss to newly promoted team Bournemouth in their opener.

Bournemouth are one of the three promoted teams in the Premier League this season alongside Fulham and Nottingham Forest. They were underdogs during their game against Villa last week Saturday. At the end of proceedings, they shocked Villa via a 2-0scoreline.Ecuadorian starJefferson Lerma scored the opening goal for the Cherries before the win was sealed by Welsh striker Keifer Moore.
